Pricing and Policy

Prices

Puppy Classes run year round (weekly), Cost is $155, which includes a Gentle Leader, books and other materials. You may attend as many classes as you like before your pup is 20 weeks old. Basic Manners 1 class runs for 7 weeks, first class without dogs, cost is $180, which includes materials. For pups that attended our Puppy Kindergarten, discounted cost is $165.

Consultations (in most Central MA areas) are $75 (1.5 hours), # of lessons after that is dependent on your goals and the amount of time you have to implement what we are doing in lessons. Many of the behaviors build on each other, etc. On average you can expect it to take 5 sessions (after the initial consult) to thoroughly cover the basics, at $55 per lesson. More advanced behaviors and additional "proofing" of behaviors would be additional sessions. Additional costs on average are $20 for booklets/equipment. This may vary from client to client.

Cancellation Policy

1) If you miss a class, we'll do our best to catch you up but understand that it's a class not an individual lesson. Single private lessons to catch up are available at an additional cost.

2) If you cancel a private lesson with 24 hour notice we will reschedule the lesson. If there is no or less than 24 hour notice, the lesson is lost (paid for).

3) If you are not home when we come out for the first lesson/consult, we don't come back. (Unless you send us a check for twice the fee).

Refund Policy

Behavior is not static. An animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Ultimately, your dog's behavior is your responsibility. There are no money back guarantees or refunds.

Checks are required to reserve a spot in class. They are deposited 24 hrs prior to the start of classes, at which point there are no refunds.
